Sunday, November 8th

It's another year and a half later. I am blessed to be in remission for the cancer.  I think I had eight sessions of chemo.  I will admit to thinking about giving up a couple of times but glad I didn't. Life is good.  My cat Scooter slept by my side every night for the six months of chemo.  Now he's only there if I'm sick or not feeling good.  My magic cat.  My daughter was wonderful bringing me everything she thought would help.  DH is now relieved of his household duties.

My son has moved back from Colombia and bought a fixer-upper house in Iowa. It's a beautiful Victorian built in the 1880s.  I'm enjoying his reports and pictures of the fixing up process.  It's something I would have loved to do.

I was pretty productive at the retreat last month.  This was made with my thread savers from last year.
